The "Bible Code" is a way of looking for hidden prophecies and passages in the Bible, by using a software program to search for messages in the Old Testament Hebrew text. The spaces between words are eliminated, so that the Old Testament is a continuous block of Hebrew letters. Then, by skipping letters at a programmed interval, the program searches for words. There appear to be patterns to the passages where the words are found, and what words are clustered together.
The Bible Code also works in English in the King James Bible, as I show with the Bible Code matrices on this site. This page 2d is on the 2005 election in Germany, which elected on Nov. 22 2005, Christian Democrat candidate Angela Merkel as Chancellor, the first time a woman has been elected as leader of Germany. We will see here if the Bible Code can help us understand this election. The Bible Code predicted that Mrs. Merkel would win the election (she was elected Chanceller on Nov. 22 2005), and predicts that she will be a great leader for Germany who will help their economy.
The following Bible Code searches were done with Codefinder Bible Code software, on the King James Bible in English, where I have found the Bible Code also works. Also see the other pages on the King James Bible Code:

By using Bible code software I searched for some words in the King James New Testament and Old Testament (separately). I found that there is evidence of English Bible code patterns that the software found by skipping varying intervals, in the King James Old Testament or New Testament, made into a block of solid text, creating what is called a Bible Code matrix. Note that it is important to look at other words and phrases in the matrix, as well as the search words, for meaning; some of these I have underlined. On this page I searched for matrices related to the September 18 2005 election in Germany, where Angela Merkel was the candidate of the Christian Democrat Union (CDU) Party.
Is Germany's national elections, my guess from the Bible Code was that the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) leader Angela Merkel would be elected over Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, to become Germany's first woman leader, and she did become Chancellor on November 22, 2005. I think she was elected because this gives Europe/Europa a woman leader, and when Hillary becomes U.S. President in 2009, then both the U.S. and Europe will have woman leaders. I think this is a fullfillment of the battle between woman and the Muslim serpent discussed on this page on Islam. Consider Genesis 3:13-15, King James version, which I think may be about the Muslim serpent abusing and enslaving women, and the curse of Islam:
"3:13 And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. "
I would relate this passage to the abuse and enslavement of women by the Muslim serpent. And Islam has been a curse upon the world. But Europa, the European woman, has struck back at the Muslim serpent, during the Crusades and during World War I. "upon thy belly thou shalt go" would be about Muslims in prayer 5 times a day.
I think by 2009 the battle with the Muslim serpent will come to a head, and I think Mrs. Merkel will be more understanding and supportive of the U.S. role in this battle with Islam. Note that the first matrix shown below begins at Galatians 4:23. I quote here Galatians 4:22-31:
"4:22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.
25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
27 For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.
28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.
30 Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.
31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free."
This passage in Galatians, by Paul, is referring to the two sons of Abraham, and I think is a prophecy. The Muslim-Western conflict we see in the world today is between the descendants of two of Abraham's sons: Judaism and Christianity from Isaac, born of the freewoman Sarah, the children of promise, and religions of freedom; Islam from Ishmael, born of the bondwoman Hagar the Muslim people, where women are enslaved by their religion, in the covenant of bondage, Islam. That is the underlying reason for the Islam-West conflict in the world today: will the descendants of Ishmael prevail with Islam, or will Christianity and Judaism stop the advance of Islam? That is the natural destiny of Christianity, to defend Israel in its fight against the Muslim descendants of the "wild man" brother Ishmael, as described below in Genesis 16, which I think describes well the Muslims: "And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him".
Genesis 16:
"1 Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.
2 And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the Lord hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.
3 And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.
4 And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes.
5 And Sarai said unto Abram, My wrong be upon thee: I have given my maid into thy bosom; and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes: the Lord judge between me and thee.
6 But Abram said unto Sarai, Behold, thy maid is in thine hand; do to her as it pleaseth thee. And when Sarai dealt hardly with her, she fled from her face.
7 And the angel of the Lord found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur.
8 And he said, Hagar, Sarai's maid, whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go? And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai.
9 And the angel of the Lord said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands.
10 And the angel of the Lord said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
11 And the angel of the Lord said unto her, Behold, thou art with child and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the Lord hath heard thy affliction.
12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.
13 And she called the name of the Lord that spake unto her, Thou God seest me: for she said, Have I also here looked after him that seeth me?
14 Wherefore the well was called Beerlahairoi; behold, it is between Kadesh and Bered.
15 And Hagar bare Abram a son: and Abram called his son's name, which Hagar bare, Ishmael.
16 And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram."
This may be why the U.S. will elect a woman President (Hillary Clinton) in 2008, and Also in Oct. 2005, it was announced that 6 foot high statues of the Greek Goddesses Athena and Hera were found on the island of Crete, that may be 2000 years old. Significant is the statue of Athena, the Greek Warrior Goddess and Goddess of Wisdom, who I think corresponds to Mrs. Merkel elected in Germany and Hillary to likely be elected U.S. President in 2008.

Also note in this matrix these relevant words and phrases:
