Revelation 13: Recent movies and TV Programs -- signs of the future? -- a New Age / Bible Prophecy discussion

Next we will discuss the movies and some TV series. The movies being mostly made in Los Angeles, "The City of Angels", this could be a clue that "angels" may send us divine guidance through the movies. Also see this page on books for recommended reading.

You can watch my videos on subjects discussed on this web site.

Movies:

"The Omega Code". A movie on the subject of the Antichrist and the Book of Revelation is "The Omega Code". In this movie the Antichrist is a European leader. a well-done movie on the subject of Biblical prophecy. Included in the movie are the two witnesses, who are discussed in Revelation 11, and also the Antichrist and the False Prophet, the Antichrist's assistant. It sticks closely to the description of events in Revelation. And the follow-on movie "The Omega Code II" fills in the Antichrist's life when he was younger, and also shows the Battle of Armageddon with the defeat of the Antichrist. Its interesting that these movies include messages from the Bible Code. See this page on the King James English Bible Code.

Asteroid Doomsday movies: "Deep Impact" and "Armageddon":
"Deep Impact" and "Armageddon" are about a subject I discuss in this web site, a comet or asteroid headed for the earth, that could cause an "Extinction Level Event" (E. L. E.), destruction of life on earth.

"The Hunt for Red October". A movie in the theatres a few years ago was "The Hunt for Red October", about the hunt for a renegade Russian submarine, this was based on a Tom Clancy novel. It is interesting that there was an Ivan Putin as a Russian character in the movie, this being before Russian President Putin was important in Russian politics. My page on Russia discusses why I think President Putin may be the Antichrist, and this page has some more on this movie and how it relates to Putin.

"The Sum of All Fears". "The Sum of All Fears" is an interesting 2002 movie that is based on another Tom Clancy novel, "The Sum of All Fears". It has a scary topic, where terrorists smuggle a nuclear weapon into the U.S., set it off in the U.S., to trigger war between the U.S. and Russia. Ben Affleck plays the hero Jack Ryan in this movie, with Morgan Freeman his boss. Seeing that it is based on a Clancy novel, I find this movie to be a very interesting one. Although note that in the 1991 Clancy novel, it is Muslim terrorists who set off a nuclear bomb in the U.S.. In the 2002 movie, it has been changed to Europe-based neo-Nazi terrorists setting off nuclear the bomb in the U.S.. And note that the Arnold film "True Lies" had Moslem terrorists threatening the U.S. with nuclear weapons. See this page on why there is a concern that Al Qaeda may be trying to (or already has) smuggled nuclear weapons into the U.S. to attack American cities.

"United 93", in theaters in April 2006, is a powerful movie that you must see. It is about the September 11 crash of United Flight 93 in Pennsylvania, after it was headed for Washington D.C..

"The Shadow" is a movie of interest to our discussion here, because in this movie Genghis Khan, past King of the Mongols, returns from the past to create an atomic bomb, to start a World War. The movie is set in New York City in the 1930s or 1940s, and The Shadow has psychic powers he uses to battle evil. This is interesting because of the prophecy of a "Great King of Terror", who is "King of the Mongols", in the prophecies of Nostradamus. This I think is either Russian President Putin, who I think is the Third Antichrist of the Prophecies of Nostradamus, and also the Antichrist of Revelation 13, or Dr. Khan of Pakistan, builder of the Islamic Bomb that Muslims could attack the U.S. with, or Osama bin Laden.

"Star Wars". The "Star Wars" movies have a theme analagous to Revelation and the Antichrist idea. "Darth Vader" is similar to the Antichrist, a "Prince of Darkness". The " Star Trek " movies and TV series may represent the journey humanity is going through in our time. In 1999, there was the excellent new "Star Wars" movie, "Star Wars Episode 1 -- The Phantom Menace", a prequel with the young Darth Vader, Anakin Skywalker, as a boy. Interestingly, 1999 has 666 upside down, and this was the year of this new "Star Wars" movie. Anakin Skywalker is a boy who is a slave to a junkdealer who is a type of "devil" with wings and hoofs, which reminded me of the "New Jersey Devil", a mythical creature that has been seen in the past in New Jersey. Anakin has a tremendously strong level of The Force, and is apparently born by "immaculate conception" to his mother, not having a father. Anakin turns out to bring hope in the movie to the forces for good, helping the Jedi, and is the hero of the movie. Anakin it seems will fullfill the prophecy of one who will bring balance to The Force. All of this is consistent with Darth Vader being a type of Antichrist, since the Antichrist comes as an angel of light, bringing hope to those who are without hope. See this page for more discussion of this movie. The last of the Star Wars prequels, "Star Wars III - Revenge of the Sith" is a very dark movie, and shows how Anakin went over to the Dark Side to become Darth Vader.

"Alien 4, Resurrection". " Alien IV " with a reborn alien, reborn by "Immaculate Conception" from ts female human mother, appears to be an allegory related to the birth of Christ, and also the Antichrist. The reborn alien is half-human, half-alien, and it has 12 alien followers, like Christ and his 12 disciples. And the spaceship lands on earth, at the end of the movie, similar to the idea of Satan or the Antichrist falling to earth in Revelation 9.

Plague Doomsday movies: "The Omega Man", "The Andromeda Strain", "Twelve Monkeys", "Outbreak":
The movie "Outbreak" on the spread of a mutated airborne form of the deadly Ebola disease to the U.S. Check my previous discussion of the Astrology of Diseases for the significance of Ebola disease. The Fourth Horseman, Death, rides during the rise of the Antichrist; Death may ride as disease, possibly Ebola. Note that the Ebola virus can twist itself into a "6" shape, connecting it with the "666" number of the Antichrist.
Another movie dealing with a plague spreading on our planet was an older movie, "The Omega Man". This movie title is interesting because "Alpha and Omega" is used to describe Christ in Revelation, along with the statement "And I have the keys to Hell and Death". The SARS disease outbreak reminds one of "The Omega Man", where SARS or Bird Flu could be a doomsday bug, an end of the world plague virus that spreads worldwide. In 2008 there was a remake of "The Omega Man" called "I am Legend", with a similar theme except the subhuman plague survivors are brain-dead zombies rather than the religious cult crazies in "The Omega Man". Other movies on the subject of a doomsday bug are "The Andromeda Strain", "Outbreak", and "Twelve Monkeys". In "Twelve Monkeys" a traveler from the future (played by Bruce Willis) returns to the past to prevent a man-made doomsday bug from exterminating the human race. He is thought to be insane, and is locked up with another patient played by Brad Pitt, and is treated by a Psychiatrist played by Madeleine Stowe. It is a great movie, one of my favorite Science Fiction movies.

"Millennium". This 1989 movie, with Cheryl Ladd as a traveler from the future, and Kris Kristofferson as an airplane crash investigator, I find interesting because I think there are patterns to airplane crashes , as discussed on another page of this web site. In this movie, travelers from the future are snatching people who are on doomed airline flights just before the crash occurs. One of my favorite movies, but I don't think travelers from the future have any involvement in airplane crashes; just an interesting movie, but a far-out idea.

"The Matrix". An interesting science fiction movie, on the idea that this world we see is not real, it is just a dream, a virtual reality. In this web site I discuss the concept that we are actually software in someone's computer (in the "New Age Geography" section.

"Enemy at the Gates". In 2001 there was a great movie about the World War 2 Battle of Stalingrad, called "Enemy at the Gates". Interesting that the Russian hero sharp-shooter was a shepard from the Ural Mountains, making one think of the 23rd Psalm. See the page on Russia for a discussion of the importance of the Battle of Stalingrad to the present-day rise of the Antichrist. Also note the movie "Pearl Harbor", we saw a Pearl Harbor in our time with September 11.

"Lord of the Rings" movies. Also of interest are the Tolkien-based "Lord of the Rings" movies, including "The Return of the King" in 2003; these movies are a story of a battle of good vs. evil, with evil the Dark Lord Sauron, that is similar the the battle between good and evil in the Book of Revelation.

"Zorro". The first "Zorro" movie in 1998 was "The Mask of Zorro". The excellent second movie in 2005 was "The Legend of Zorro". In July 10, 1998, there was a "Z" pattern seen in the sky by many people in England, on the coast of England facing towards Ireland. It was caused by a meteor breaking up in the sky. It is interesting that this was shortly before the opening of the movie "Zorro" in the U.S. on July 17, 1998. The symbol of "Zorro" is the "Z". Zorro being a mysterious masked stranger, a man on horseback, who defends the oppressed against injustice, this reminds one of the Antichrist, a man on horseback, who appears to be the Saviour of Mankind. It is also interesting that Z is the last letter of the English alphabet, the equivalent of Omega being the last letter of the Greek alphabet-- and Christ is represented by Alpha and Omega in Revelation. And also the movie's opening on the anniversary of the Flight 800 crash, July 17, Omega in Greek being represented by the number 800, since in Greek each letter is also a number. And this meteor occurred apparently over the ocean between England and Ireland, and in the middle between England and Ireland is the Isle of Man-- note the Antichrist has the "number of Man", and the number 666. So could this meteor indicate the appearance soon of a real-life "Zorro", a mysterious stranger who is here to help the world? Note that "Zorro II", "The Legend of Zorro" was an excellent 2005 movie, and is relevant to our discussion here because in it a cult like international secret society is attempting to destroy the U.S., by helping the South win a future (from that time) Civil War. (Sounds a bit like Al Qaeda). Also note, concerning the Southern Cross concept discussed elsewhere in this web site, suggesting that the Southern Hemisphere will result in positive change in the world over the next 10 years, including Australia and New Zealand-- A could stand for Australia, and Z for New Zealand-- A and Z, like Alpha and Omega.

Z

"The Mummy". In 1999 there was an excellent movie "The Mummy" which brings to mind the idea of the Antichrist. Set in Egypt, an evil ancient Egyptian priest from the time of the pharoahs is resurrected as a supernatural being, and starts bringing plagues upon the earth. This brings to mind the Antichrist idea, although this is more like the idea of the "False Prophet", the ally of the Antichrist who is the second beast of Revelation 13 and who is the Antichrist's religious leader. In 2001 there was "Mummy 2". See the page on Russia, to see how Egypt relates to a geographic coordinates pattern concerning the rise of the Antichrist in Russia. Actually it is Osama bin Laden who is similar to the demonic Egyptian priest returned to life, as in "The Mummy", on this page I discuss why I think Osama bin Laden is a demon from Hell called "The Destroyer" and "The Angel of the Bottomless Pit" In Revelation 9:11.

The "Omen" movies: "The Omen", "Damien-- Omen II", "The Final Conflict", and a TV-movie "Omen IV: The Awakening". These are all excellent movies on the subject of the Antichrist. I would recommend seeing all of them. In these movies the Antichrist is Damien Thorne, an American industrialist who is climbing his way to world power. I think these movies are true to he spirit of the Book of Revelation's description of the Antichrist-- Damien appears to be normal, has great intelligence, and believes that only he can save the world from disaster. See this page on who the Antichrist really is: Russian President Putin. And on June 6 2006 (6-6-06) "The Omen" ("Damien I") movie remake opened in theaters. See the calendar page on the significance of 6-6-06.

"The Medusa Touch". This scary film has Richard Burton as an Antichrist-like character, who has an evil gaze that he uses to control people and world events, causing disasters in the world. This reminds me of both Russian President Putin and Adolf Hitler, both of whom were said to have strange eyes and a powerful hypnotic stare. Hitler inherited his eyes from his mother, both she and he were said to have eyes that were white with little or no color. Hitler used his eyes to hypnotize people and audiences he was speaking to.

"Ghost Rider". A 2007 movie, about the Ghost Rider, who is a normal man in the daytime. In the nighttime, he becomes the Ghost Rider, who rides his motorcycle in flames, and has superpowers he uses to battle evil.

"The Covenant". A very cool film about young men who have inherited witchcraft powers. I really like this film. It has a great sound track.

"Godzilla". The movie "Godzilla" is relevant to our discussion here, because it is about a beast which rises out of the sea, and that is how the Antichrist is described, as a beast that rises out of the sea. So there could be a message for us in "Godzilla", maybe that New York will be important in the events of Revelation, possibly New York is the New Jerusalem in Revelation. Of course, the Sept. 11 attack was an attack on New York's World Trade Center, which I discuss in this page. Note that a new Godzilla 2000 film was released in the U.S. in 2000. This time it was Gozilla vs. UFOs in this Japanese Godzilla film. Godzila here saves mankind from UFO invasion, although he regularly stomps over Tokyo's buildings.

"Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" was a very funny film, where again we see the Antichrist theme as Dr. Evil with his miniature clone. Dr. Evil is clearly a type of Antichrist, attempting to gain world domination, and only Austin Powers, International Man of Mystery, assisted by Felicity Shagwell, can stop him. I thought the funniest character was the fat Scottsman.

"Code Name: The Cleaner" is another very funny movie, absolutely hillarious. About a janitor who thinks he is more than that in his fantasy world.

"End of Days". Also relevant to the Antichrist theme is the horror film "End of Days", which deals directly with the Antichrist, "Satan on earth" theme. The movie "End of Days" has some great special effects. Satan appears in New York City to find a bride as the Millennium begins on 12/31/99, and Arnold is a New York City security guard who is out to stop Satan. This actually is a bit different from the usual Antichrist theme, where the Antichrist is the son of Satan, but not Satan himself. "End of Days" is interesting too when you consider the September 2001 attack by terrorists on New York City, since there is an emphasis in "End of Days" on fires burning in New York City. Evil actually appeared in New York City in the form of the terrorist attack against the World Trade Center.

"True Lies". Also a movie of interest concerning the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, is "True Lies", where Arnold battles Moslem terrorists who plan on attacking the U.S.. In "True Lies" the Muslim terrorists smuggle nucear weapons into the U.S., and set off a demonstration nuclear blast on the Florida Keys (reminding one of the statement in Revelation 1 referring to the "keys to Hell and Death"). The nuclear weapons are smuggled into the U.S. in ancient Persian archealogical statues, referred to as the "Four Horsemen", making one think of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse that may be riding now. Also, Charlton Heston, who was in "The Omega Man", is Arnold's boss in the "Omega Sector, the Last Line of Defense" that Arnold secretly works for, his wife thinking he is just works for a computer company. This reminds one of the "I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last" statement by Jesus Christ to John in Revelation 1.

"Lost Souls" has a similar theme to "End of Days", of Satan on Earth. Winona Ryder tries to prevent the Antichrist from appearing on earth.

"Bless the Child". A movie that opened in August 2000, the movie "Bless the Child" is an excellent "millennium Satan on earth" film. A child is born in 1993 in New York City, at the time a bright star is seen. A Satanic cult is searching for this child, so they can bring her over to the Satanic side. The child has healing powers, and although emotionally disturbed, has knowledge and powers that are beyond human. An excellent movie, one of the best horror films I have seen in a long time. It was also good to see that this movie had a positive portrayal of Catholic priests and nuns.

"Supernova" is another "spaceship with something evil on board" movie, similar to the "Alien" movies and "Event Horizon".

Pi. An unusual movie about a math genius predicting the stock market trends by finding Biblical codes in the Torah, similar to the Bible Code. Low-budget but very interesting.

"Final Destination". In 2000 there was the movie "Final Destination", dealing with a survivor of a plane crash, and the subject of fate. A very scary film. See my section on plane crashes and numbers and coincidences involving them.

"Deterrence". Also in 2000 there was the apocalyptic movie "Deterrence". Set in 2008, the U. S. President is trapped in a small restaurant in Colorado in a snowstorm, when Saddam Hussein's son (who is now deceased, of course), but in this movie the current leader of Iraq, invades Kuwait. The nuclear option is considered, in this movie. An interesting movie, when you consider my timetable of 2010 as a possible date for Armageddon.

"Bedazzled". Also in 2000, the film "Bedazzled": Elizabeth Hurley is Satan in this movie, and Brendan Fraser plays the unfortunate soul who asks her for help. This could be compared to the woman "Babylon" (who I think is Europe) in Revelation 17, the bride of the Antichrist; she rides the red 10 horn 7 head beast.

"Little Nicky". And in 2000: "Little Nicky", a humorous look at the "Son of Satan" idea. Adam Sandler is the good Son of Satan, sent to earth where his nasty brothers are causing trouble. Sounds like the First Beast and Second Beast, the Antichrist and the False Prophet, in the Book of Revelation Chapter 13.

"The 6th Day". An Arnold film with religious overtones is "The 6th Day", released in November 2000. Here Arnold finds out that he has been cloned. In the Bible, of course, man is created on the sixth day. Interesting because in 2003 it was announced that human clones have been born.

"Just Visiting" is a very funny movie where a French Knight and his assistant time-travel to present-day Chicago, from ancient France. Interesting because of the idea of a dragon-slaying knight showing up in our time. Today the dragon is Osama bin Laden and his terrorists.

"Tomb Raider". The "Tomb Raider"movie, that was in theatres in June 2001, is of interest here because of its discussion of a planetary alignment awakening an energy source. There were two recent planetary alignments in August 1999 and May 5, 2000, that I have associated with President Putin's rise to power as the Antichrist, Putin becoming second-in-command of Russia in August 1999 at the time of the solar eclipse over Europe and the Grand Cross Astrology alignment, and inaugurated as Russian President two days after the May 5, 2000 alignment of planets in a row. Also, the movie "Atlantis" that reached theatres at the same time as "Tomb Raider" has some similarities to "Tomb Raider", in that "Atlantis" is also about the awakening of an ancient energy source, in this case on the island of Atlantis.

"The Fifth Element". Another movie with the "planetary alignment" theme as well as set partly in Egypt is "The Fifth Element". Here a large evil asteroid like object is headed for earth. The movie begins in Egypt where alien visitors land, having returned from thousands of years ago. Only the "Fifth Element", who is in the form of a young red-headed woman, can save earth from this destruction. Bruce Willis plays the hero who is a cab driver, who must go to Egypt with the Fifth Element to help create an energy source to stop the asteroid headed for earth, and save the world.

"Stargate". Another movie connected with Egypt is the movie "Stargate", which was continued as the Stargate SG-1 TV series. In this movie, a transportation device that connects earth with a planet in another galaxy was discovered in Egypt. A team is sent through the Stargate from earth to the other world. On the other world they find humans who are terrorized by Ra (the Egyptian sun god), who uses his supernatural powers to terrorize and control the human population on that planet. This is of interest to our discussion here of Russian President Putin being the Antichrist, since Putin has a connection to the Egyptian sun god Ra as discussed elsewhere on this site, see the page on Hebrew. In one of the first episodes of the Stargate SG-1 TV series, an alien on the other planet helps the team that is sent through the Stargate, and he returns back through the Stargate with them. This alien is human-looking, except that he has a serpent-like creature growing in his stomach area, that is an alien entity that Ra and the other deities have put there to grow in a human-like host. Could this relate to Putin and the Ra thing: the cobra being the symbol of Ra, could Putin actually have a serpent-like evil power growing inside him, an evil entity that will one day take over Putin, as these serpent-like creatures control their hosts in the Stargate SG-1 TV series? Ra being a serpent, that has

Above: Egyptian Cobra, a symbol of Ra (National Zoo, Washington D.C.)

returned with Putin as Ra's human host, and Ra's evil power will one day take over Putin when his Antichrist power emerges? And note that on Oct. 7, 2002, the day Putin reached 50 years old, a significant Astronomy discovery was announced to the world, of a planet called Quaoar, that is 800 miles wide, which is 1250 Kms. wide. Note that both the planets Pluto and Quaoar are now located in the sky in the Constellation Ophiuchus, Ophiuchus being the Serpent and the Serpent-holder; note that Putin is connected with the serpent and the cobra, as previously mentioned. This is the largest planet discovered since Pluto was in 1930, and note that it is now located in the sky near Pluto, which symbolizes the Fourth Horseman, Death. Quaoar's year is 285 earth years. The serpent and serpent-holder Ophiuchus sounds like the serpent-like creatures growing in human hosts on the Stargate SG-1 show.

"The Time Machine". A 2002 movie that is of interest to this discussion is "The Time Machine", with its story of a future with a degenerated cannibal human subspecies living underground, this reminds one of Osama bin Laden and his murderous friends living underground in Afghanistan. I think there is truth in the movie: the Muslims are a great challenge to the world in this century; the Islam of Osama bin Laden would turn mankind into a degenerate subhuman society. If Islam is not stopped this is where the world could end up, in a Muslim Hell on Earth. This was a remake of an earlier film with Rod Taylor as the hero. Both versions are excellent films.

"The Terminator". The three "Terminator" movies are very interesting in terms of prophecy. In them an extermination machine played by Arnold comes from the future to prevent the birth of John Connor, who was to one day be the saviour of mankind. See this page on the Scott Peterson Trial and the Laci Peterson case, and the connection to these movies, since "Connor" was to be the name of Laci's unborn son.

"Next". A very interesting Science Fiction movie, about a magician who can actually see into the future, but usually for only two minutes ahead in time.

"The Last Mimzy". A children's film about time travel, that is enjoyable for adults also. About a young girl who develops incredible powers from an object sent from the future.

"Youth without Youth". A 2007 movie that is a romance, and is about spirituality and reincarnation. An old man who is a linguistics scholar is struck by lightning, before World War 2. This causes him to become younger, and to then not age. He meets his long lost love, who seems to remember past lives in India and Egypt. Very far-out, and I liked it, but it is not for everyone. It is very well done as a film. It is from a book by Mircea Eliade.

"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets". In early 2003, there was talk of Russian President Vladimir Putin resembling the nasty character Dobby in the movie "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets". This has been much discussed among the millions of young Harry Potter fans. In this movie, Dobby is a nasty gremlin-like creature who tries to keep Harry Potter from returning to Hogwarts School. I think there is a definite resemblance of Dobby to Putin, but I think it is just more evidence of Putin being the Antichrist, and Putin's evil energy causes people and creatures resembling him to turn up as historical figures, in paintings, and in movies.
"Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". This very scary 2005 film has an evil Prince of Darkness character in it, Lord Voldemort, that to me reminds me of the Book of Revelation's Antichrist, the Son of Satan.

"The Core". A 2003 film, in which the earth's core has stopped rotating, and a ship is built to dive into the earth, to plant a nuclear bomb in earth's core to be exploded to get earth's magnetic core rotating again, restoring earth's magnetic field. The significance for our discussion here: this could be compared to diving into the gates of Hell, where Hell is assumed to be in the earth's core. See this King James Bible Code page on the theory that Earth's core is powered by a nuclear reactor, which may be running out of fuel.

"Osama" is an excellent 2004 movie on the dangers of radical Islam. It is the story of a girl in Afghanistan under the Taliban, who dresses as a boy so she can go to work to earn money for food for her family. At that time a woman caught in public without a man as escort would be killed by the Taliban. Girls were not allowed to leave their homes or go to school. Most bizarre are the Muslim bathing rituals. And the cruelty of the Taliban was unbelievable, torturing young girls, and taking girls from their families to make them sex slaves for the Taliban.

"The Chronicles of Riddick", sequel to "Pitch Black", with Vin Diesel returning as Riddick, a tough former prisoner who has eyes modified so he can see in the dark. In "Pitch Black" Riddick battled vampire-like alien creatures on a deserted planet, after the spaceship he was being transported on crash-landed there. When darkness came from a prolonged eclipse, Riddick's ability to see in the dark let him see the creatures, who come out in the darkness. The relevance to the discussion here is that these vampire-like dragon creatures are similar to Muslim terrorists like Al Qaida, who are bloodthirsty and live underground. In the sequel "The Chronicles of Riddick", starring Vin Diesel and Thandie Newton, after 5 years on the run Riddick ends up on another planet in conflict.

"The Day after Tommorow", starring Dennis Quaid. In this movie global warming on earth causes climate change, and a global superstorm results. So a weather disaster film. Note that in the End Times events over the next few years, disastrous storms and weather extremes are likely, an example of which was Hurricane Katrina.

"Constantine", a movie about an exorcist figure Constantine, who battles demonic forces of evil, with Keanu Reeves and Rachel Weisz. It includes Book of Revelation style battles of good versus evil.

"Exorcist: The Beginning". This prequel to the 3 "Exorcist" films is set in Africa, where an Ancient Christian Church is discovered on what appears to be the "Gates of Hell". See my page on Ebola disease on this subject of a "Gate to Hell" being in Africa, that Ebola and Marburg disease may emerge from.

"National Treasure". A very good movie, on the theme that Masons were largely responsible for the formation of the U.S., and the theory that a giant treasure is hidden somewheres that was hidden by the Masons. Related to the "DaVinci Code" theory.

"Alexander", about Alexander the Great, who was relevant to Bible Prophecy in the Book of Daniel. Colin Farrell plays Alexander.

"Kingdom of Heaven", about the Crusades, is relevant to today's war against Muslim terrorism. History tends to repeat itself.

"The Da Vinci Code", a 2006 movie with Tom Hanks, that is based on the best-selling book by Dan Brown. A very well-done movie, it is very interesting. Also see this page on the Da Vinci Code and the Bible Code.

"Lady in the Water". This 2006 film has a mythology that made me think of Revelation 12, where a woman is seen in heaven, who is giving birth to a child, and a red dragon attacks the woman. But an eagle takes the woman to a safe place. In this movie, a girl who is found in the swimming pool of an apartment building, and who has magical powers, is attacked by a nasty creature that comes out of the ground. But an eagle comes to lift the girl to safety.

"Deja Vu". An excellent 2006 time travel movie, very exciting. In this movie a time machine allows one to see a few days into the past.

"The Fountain". Another 2006 time travel movie. It apparently relates to the Book of Genesis Tree of Life idea, that gives eternal life, that is also mentioned in the Bible's Book of Revelation. This eternal life tree is encountered in the Mayan culture, by a Spanish soldier, in this movie, about 500 years ago. The movie is also set in the present, and 500 years in the future. A lot of people will be confused by this movie. It really should have some explanation slides or statements in it to help explain what is going on, that would help a lot. Particularly confusing is the future parts of the movie, where he is traveling on what looks like a spaceship.

"The Prestige". An excellent movie on two competing magicians, which also has in it the great inventor Nikola Telsa, who invents a teleportation device.

"The Seeker. The Dark is Rising." A 2007 movie. I loved this movie. The hero of the movie is Will Stanton, the 7th son of a family that has moved to England. On his 14th birthday Will learns that he has mysterious powers, and that he is the one called "The Seeker", who is to travel to the past to prevent world disaster. An evil horseman is about to destroy the world with an icy Apocalypse. Will is aided by "The Old Ones" as he travels to the past to find "The Signs", he being the only one who can find and interpret The Signs. The Signs must be found to stop the evil Horseman from destroying the world. This movie reminds me of the Book of Revelation battle between the evil Antichrist, and the Two Witnesses and the Returned Christ, and also the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the Antichrist being one of the horsemen in Revelation 6.

The Chronicles of Narnia. An intelligent children's movie, with a Biblical theme, that adults will enjoy also.

"The Golden Compass". An intelligent fantasy movie, based on a series of books, about an alternate universe, where a girl child with a prophecy device in a compass is the potential saviour of the world. She has a polar bear as a guardian. Each person has an animal spirit that is always with them. Here are two DVDs on the subject.

"Primer". A very interesting film about a time travel device that is created in a home lab experiment. It sounds like a Cold Fusion type of device. This film is an obvious low budget effort, but it is still well done and thought-provoking.

Some other movies with nuclear fusion and Cold Fusion:
"Spider Man 2" - a nuclear fusion device is built using Tritium by an octopus-like mad scientist. Both Spiderman movies are excellent entertainment.
"The Saint". Van Kilmer in a movie that includes harnessing Cold Fusion to solve the world's energy problems.
"Chain Reaction". Keanyu Reeves in an excellent Nuclear Fusion movie.

"Hellboy". Another 2004 movie of interest to our discussion is "Hellboy". In "Hellboy", Rasputin has returned from the dead, and plans to open the Gates of Hell as part of a neo-Nazi conspiracy in Russia. So this is certainly relevant to our discussion of Russian President Putin being the Antichrist. "Hellboy" is a demon who has come through the Gates of Hell when young, and now has sawed off his two horns and battles evil demons with his powers. And the demonic creature Hellboy battles reminds me of the Muslim serpent/Hydra.

Vampire movies -- "Blade" and "John Carpenter's Vampires" were two good recent vampire films. See the section on Chaos in Russia where I discuss the rectangle formed by the birthplaces of Stalin and Hitler and the location of the battle of Stalingrad. At the center of this rectangle is Romania, where the legend of Dracula the vampire originated with Vlad the Impaler who ruled in the 1400s in a part of Romania. Hitler and Stalin were both vampires, in that they were bloodthirsty and they both murdered millions of people. I think that vampires may actually be bloodthirsty humans who like to murder large numbers of people, such as Hitler, Stalin, Saddam Hussein, and Osama bin Laden. Note that at the end of "Blade", Blade goes to Russia to find vampires there. Also a very good movie is "Blade 3: Trinity".

"Van Helsing". About Abraham Van Helsing, who is both a Holy Man and an exterminator of evil; he hunts and destroys evil.

"Red Dragon". The latest "Hannibal the Cannibal" movie, "Red Dragon". What is interesting in "Red Dragon" is that it actually refers to the Book of Revelation Chapter 12, where a woman is seen in heaven giving birth to a child, and the Red Dragon attacks the woman. In this web site I explain that the dragon is Red China and also the Moslem terrorist dragon of Osama bin Laden. Note that Osama bin Laden is like a cannibal in his bloodthirstiness. Possibly this movie may indicate that there could be more trouble with Red China or the Moslem terrorist dragon soon. In this movie, Anthony Hopkins is again Hannibal the Cannibal, and Edward Norton is the investigator and profiler who puts away Hannibal and searches for the Red Dragon, played by Ralph Fiennes. There is a scene where the Red Dragon character actually eats a drawing of the Red Dragon in chapter 12 of Revelation, bringing to mind Revelation 10:9 and the "Take the scroll and eat it up" passage.

TV Programs:

"First Wave". The SciFi Cable TV channel series "First Wave" actually has an Antichrist in it, an Alien invader named Mabus, (Mabus is mentioned in the prophecies of Nostradamus). An excellent science fiction series. The prophecies of Nostradamus guide the series hero in his battle against the invaders.

"The Invaders". An old TV series you can find on VHS video. Human-appearing aliens are trying to take over earth, to make it their world. One man, an architect, is trying to alert the world.

"John Doe". My favorite TV series in 2002-2003 was "John Doe"; I hope this show returns. In this TV series, a man washes up on the beach in Seattle, Washington. He calls himself "John Doe" because he does not remember his name or anything about himself. But he knows anything else you ask him, as if his brain had a connection to the internet. In the series he helps the police force solve crimes. It is interesting to our discussion here, that he hangs out with his friends in a club called "The Sea", because in Revelation 13 the Antichrist rises out of the sea, meaning the sea of world politics. "John Doe" seems to be on the idea of the Two Witnesses in Revelation 11, who are two mysterious prophets who appear.

"Revelations", a 2005 TV series where Book of Revelation prophecies start occurring, indicating Armageddon is coming soon. A nun and a scientist try to find answers.

"The 4400" TV series. You could compare this series to the Revelation 144,000 chosen ones, the mysterious 144,000 to appear during the Book of Revelation End Times Events.

"Commander-in-Chief". This 2005 TV series is about a woman President. See this page where using the King James Bible Code I predict that Hillary will be elected President in 2008.

"The Grid", an excellent TV movie on the war against Muslim terrorism.

"Category 7: The End of the World". An interesting November 2005 TV movie on the idea of "Hurricane Katrina" -like mega-storms hitting around the world.

"Children of Men". A science fiction story set in the future when women can no longer have children, because of environmental pollution. Not an impossible story, it could happen in the future.

"Threshhold". A very interesting Science Fiction TV series, where Alien invasion is by a holographic pattern from another dimension. This is relevant to the holographic universe ideas of this site.

"Phenomenon". An excellent nonfiction series of programs on strange phenomena. Very interesting.

"The Pretender". An interesting TV Series about a genius who goes from job to job, a Dr. one week and a pilot the next.

Documentary:

"An Inconvenient Truth". Al Gore's documentary movie on Global Warming Environmental problems is excellent. It is well-done and very scary. It was in theaters in June 2006.

"Cold Fusion". A documentary on Cold Fusion, which may one day provide nuclear power from water, see this page.

A very interesting book, on Paul LaViolette's galactic superwave theory (see this page), that in ancient times our galaxy's core exploded, and this can happen again, with disastrous effects on earth:
"Earth under Fire", by Paul LaViolette, published by Starburst Publications, 1997. Updated in 2005: "Earth Under Fire", by Paul LaViolette, Bear & Company, 2005.

There is also a DVD based on "Earth under Fire" - it is fascinating! Get it!

"The Late Great Planet Earth". An excellent introduction to Bible Prophecy, the video "The Late Great Planet Earth", that is narrated by Orson Welles, and is based on a book by Hal Lindsey. Hal Lindsey, who is an excellent speaker, talks about Biblical Prophecy and the Antichrist in this video.

"Secrets of the Bible Code Revealed". A DVD set about the Bible Code.

"The Man who saw Tomorrow", a VHS video on the Nostradamus prophecies, that is narrated by Orson Welles. Since it was made in the 1980s, it is interesting to see how accurate much of it was about the future, especially when it talks about Muslims threatening the West with nuclear war.

"Frontline, Muslims". A Frontline TV documentary on the Muslim world.

Generally, I think the movies and TV should be studied as a means that angels, through the City of Angels L.A./Hollywood, may send us guidance. Watch them with a purpose of seeing the inner meaning.
